☆ Lunch room ☆

This month's cooking is making ♪ sweet potatoes
We use sweet potatoes harvested in the garden.
It's been a while since I dug it, so it's ♪ packed with sweetness.

Put the fluffy sweet potatoes in a zippered bag and crush them.
Add sugar, milk, and butter and connect them~

It's powerful, but the rabbit group did ♪ their best.

Once mixed, cut the ends of the bag and squeeze them over the parchment paper.
Shape it and put shiny jam and black sesame seeds on top.

The Risu group also participated.

It turned out to be a flat sweet potato that is fun ♪ to the touch (laughs).

The chick group also jumped in and participated ♪.
I enjoyed the touch of the konekone!

It seems that you can use starch candy and mirin in addition to jam for a glossy look that does not use egg yolks!

Finally, we grilled ♪ it in the cafeteria and ate it together.

Children who smile, are serious, and show various faces.
I am a cafeteria member who has little to do with children, but I feel growth from this place☆

Enjoy the taste of autumn together ♪
It was fun cooking this month as well!
